Aura: Honoring the Collective Ancestral Memories of Humanity in the Heart of New Mexico.
Enacting Our Main Responsibility
Writing Uprooting Fear: The Heart's Accidental Journey to the Divine — described at https://www.auracamachomaas.com — was a reminder that at the “I” and “me” in human experience are both elements and instruments of the energetic frequencies that feed life’s sacred and eternal orchestral collaborative creative process. And that requires an active sense of responsibility toward the present moment because aware or not behaviors and attitudes are always impacting results.
The journey in the book details a personal account of the long time it took for the mind to surrender and honor the biological organism — its physical body, mind and heart — while intersecting with ancestral DNA imprints and childhood memories from the present life cycle.
Along the way, direct experience showed that everything that “is”— atoms, cells, trees, clouds, oceans, air, water, fire, earth, sun, moon, stars, planets, other creatures and us — is always feeding and receiving energetic frequencies that influence the sound of life’s passing through in a process that is named “sacred” because it functions in unfathomable ways.
Nevertheless, being a part of this sacredness implies a human responsibility that has been largely forgotten.
Logic and intuition indicate that life’s force manifests as energetic frequencies where e equals energy and motion equals movement. Because we are one of its instruments, energy in motion impacts on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. And whether we are fluid with the process or not defines the quality of our life experience and beyond.
The first revelation

brings attention to the passing of all previous civilizations under similar circumstances.
In all of them, the heart, hardened to stone, stopped life’s energetic flow
and brought them to their suffocating collapse.
The solution, the revelation implies, is found in "considering the heart's content.”
Much like a car engine, we must maintain our parts — body, mind and heart fluid. This is an element of the sacredness we are a part of.
When we do that, we are able to recognize and acknowledge our history as a species, including that, over millennia, our mind becoming habituated to the survival narrative, forgetting the mystery that we are not separate from nor above nature and that, like rivers, we flow together and influence the ocean of life.
Healing the heart means recognizing and acknowledging the forgotten unprocessed energetic physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imprints it holds. It restores our fluidity. This work requires our full physical, mental, emotional and spiritual presence. Nobody can do it for others, and yet a clear focus brings around us the proper inner and outer resources and one’s answers. It, first of all, is a matter, of faith and trust in being a part of life’s sacred and eternal collaborative orchestral process.
The advent of artificial intelligence is helping to inform the eternal sacred process. Now for the first time in human history, the focus is mainly, not on mining natural resources, but on mining the content of our minds and we find ourselves looking directly into the mirror at the conditions we have created in the external world which also reflect the state of our inner being and our heart.

It is said that before entering the sea a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled, from the peaks of the mountains, the long winding road crossing forests and villages. And in front of her, she sees an ocean so vast that to enter there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river cannot go back. Nobody can go back. To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because only then will fear disappear, because that’s where the river will know it’s not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean.
